What is the mobile phone requirement for the KiplePay Biz Application?
Any mobile phone with android version 5 and above. You may download the application via Google Play Store.
I’m an iPhone user. Can my business use the KiplePay Biz Application?
The iOS version is coming soon.
How do I view order(s) received from customers?
You have to login to KiplePay Biz app and open your store.
You be able to see incoming order(s) by clicking [ORDER] tab.
The ORDER tab will show the list of received orders that are yet to process and orders that have been completed.
How do I proceed with the received order(s)?
In your KiplePay Biz App > [ORDER] tab, upon receiving a new order, you will see two (2) buttons:
[ACCEPT] and [REJECT] at every line of orders.
Click [ACCEPT] button to notify customer that the order is being prepared.
Click [REJECT] button to notify customer that order is rejected and will be auto-refunded
Click [NOTIFY] to inform customer that the order is ready to be collected.
Click [COLLECT] button after delivery agent has collected the order. This will notify customers that order is collected.
Am I allowed to reject new received order(s)?
Yes, you need to provide the reason of your rejection.
If you reject an order within the same day, the order will be auto-refund to customer. You then have to provide manager PIN to verify the reject request.
If an order is not accepted within the same day, you can’t reject the order on the next day.
Can I reject an order(s) that I have accepted?
After you click [ACCEPT] button, you are not allowed to reject your order. However, you may void the order (if it is within the same day) to initiate Refund to customer by clicking button [VOID] at particular order inside History tab.
Is there any feature for me to set open and close time of my business?
You may set your availability in KiplePay Biz app. This feature will close all the other stores registered under the merchant.
Go to Home page, at the top of the page will have a button to change your business availability: YES/NO.
Please note that, if your status is Close, you will not be able to receive and process orders from customers.
However, you can still see your order list, transaction history and sales summary.
